About me

I am a senior architect with professional experience covering all RIBA Stages from initial concept design and planning through to technical design coordination and construction site support. I have been working for AJ100 architecture practices since 2014 where I have held project leading roles in a range of projects covering mixed-use, commercial, education, residential and transport sectors through BIM.
I always embrace team work and believe in the power of architects, engineers, contractors and specialists working together collaboratively to deliver successful projects. I am also fascinated by how BIM can help teams work more effectively together at all stages of a project. At the same time, I have experience working on my own successfully.
I am a great supporter of architecture as a way to communicate with each other and I find the way that people can be stakeholders in the built environment that surrounds them a powerful tool. My favourite part of the job is being in the construction site and working closely with the people who realise our design.
I am very interested in public and institutional projects, especially schools and workplace, but I also find that interesting ideas can be developed in residential projects as designing dwellings requires proposals that respond to the individuality of its future users. I am using several media, 2D and 3D drawings, sketches and physical models.
I am a rookie cyclist and I have a great passion for rowing and sailing. In my free time, in addition to my NAWIC duties, you will mostly find me visiting exhibitions, travelling, volunteering for Girlguiding and plane spotting.
